Each user may hold only one active ks999 account. Duplicate accounts are subject to closure and fund forfeiture.
Any fraudulent activity, collusion, or exploitation of technical errors will result in immediate account suspension.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:
2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the ks999 Platform. ks999 does not knowingly accept registrations from persons under the age of 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately, all associated balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.
2.2 By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age as required in your jurisdiction and that you are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming activities in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform.
2.3 ks999 does not make any representation or warranty that access to the Platform or participation in any Services is lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify that your participation is lawful under the laws applicable to you before registering or placing any bet.
2.4 ks999 reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to the Platform to any person at its sole discretion, including persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
2.5 Employees, directors, officers, and immediate family members of ks999 and its affiliated entities, technology providers, and payment processors are not eligible to hold an Account or place real-money bets on the Platform.
3.1 Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on the ks999 Platform. Opening or operating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
3.2 You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including but not limited to your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You undertake to update this information promptly if it changes.
3.3 ks999 reserves the right to request Verification Documents at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or at any point during the operation of your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by ks999 may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.4 Accounts must not be opened or used on behalf of another person. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your Account or any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. ks999 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any person who requests your password claiming to be a ks999 representative should be treated as a social engineering attack and reported to ks999 support immediately.
4.2 You are solely liable for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you, unless and until you notify ks999 in writing of any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 ks999 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your Account security settings. While ks999 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all login and transaction flows, enabling 2FA provides a material additional layer of account protection.
4.4 You must not access or attempt to access any other user's Account. Any attempt to gain unauthorised access to another user's Account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
5.1 All Account balances are held and transacted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ks999 accepts deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Skrill, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
5.2 Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. ks999 reserves the right to return deposits received from third-party sources and to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawals will be processed only after satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). ks999 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks, particularly for large withdrawal amounts or where suspicious activity has been flagged.
5.4 Withdrawals will be issued to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. ks999 reserves the right to request evidence of the original deposit method before processing any withdrawal.
5.5 ks999 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are entirely outside ks999's control and are your responsibility.
ks999 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) standards. ks999 may report suspicious transactions to relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law. Any balance found to be derived from fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious sources may be permanently forfeited.
6.1 All bets are final once accepted and confirmed by the Platform. ks999 does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except at ks999's sole discretion.
6.2 ks999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed on a market containing an obvious error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect event details, or technical pricing faults. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the relevant Account.
6.3 In the event of a dispute regarding the result of any sporting event or casino game outcome, the decision of ks999's trading and risk management team shall be final, subject to formal complaints procedure outlined in Section 14.
6.4 Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems independently audited for fairness. Live dealer game results are determined by physical actions of professional dealers captured via OCR technology and recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
6.5 ks999 reserves the right to place maximum bet limits, maximum payout limits, and market restrictions on any user's Account at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
7.1 ks999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, or other promotional incentives to eligible users. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements which will be published at the time of the promotion.
7.2 Bonus funds are subject to minimum wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash balances. Specific wagering multipliers, eligible games, time limits, and minimum odds requirements will be specified in individual promotion terms.
7.3 ks999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time and to reclaim bonus funds or winnings derived from bonuses where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or breach of these Terms.
7.4 Only one bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in specific promotion terms. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ks999 Platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms:
ks999 reserves the right to immediately suspend and permanently close any Account found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, to forfeit all associated balances, and to report the matter to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
9.1 ks999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. All users are strongly encouraged to utilise the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, wager limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-exclusion requests may be submitted at any time by contacting ks999 support or through the Account settings interface. Self-exclusion periods take effect immediately upon request. Requests to reduce or remove a self-exclusion period are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
9.3 ks999 participates in cross-platform self-exclusion schemes where applicable. Users who self-exclude from ks999 are strongly advised to also self-exclude from all other gambling platforms they use.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
10.3 You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ks999.
11.1 The ks999 Platform and all Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
11.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ks999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including loss of winnings, data loss, or business interruption.
11.3 ks999's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit ks999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12.1 ks999 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

13.1 ks999 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated version number and effective date.
13.2 Where amendments are material, ks999 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via email or Platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
13.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and contact ks999 support to close your Account.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which ks999 operates. In the event of any conflict, the applicable regulatory framework shall take precedence.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to ks999's customer support team for informal resolution. ks999 undertakes to respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days.
14.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body under the applicable gaming regulatory framework. The decision of such body shall be final and binding on both parties.
